Well, my babies are growing up and gone are the days of playing Candyland and Chutes and Ladders. Henry is now 12 and Caitlin is 15 and they are playing more sophisticated games. I must say that Family Game Night has taken a new turn in the past few years. The kids moved up to be interested in electronic games and wanted to play with those. I have bought a few and they were easy enough to play and we added them into our game night ritual. The newest game they have been asking for and I must say, I was eager to try myself was one of the newest and hottest toys on the market. The Bop It Tetris Game from Hasbro is perfect for the hard to buy for and the older kids in the family.
Why I Like The Bop It Tetris Game
I am a mom who home schools, so I have done a lot of research on alternative teaching methods. I know one of the best ways to get the brain firing is a fast moving activity. A game with fast hand eye coordination is a great way to get the blood pumping! That is just one of the reasons why I like the Bop It Testis game, which you can purchase for $24.99 from such stores as Walmart, Target and Toys R Us. I also love how completely hysterical it is to try to follow the lights and patterns of the game. The kids and I scream with laughter every time we play this game, which is just one of the reasons why I like the Bop It Tetris game!
The Bop It Tetris game is from Hasbro, which is a family favorite brand. I have more Hasbro toys in my house than I think even the Toys R Us or Walmart does! Virtually all of our games and many of our toys are made by Hasbro. As a matter of fact, at least 75% of the toys and games under the Christmas tree were made by Hasbro! One of the reasons I love to buy Hasbro products is because they are such an amazing company. They not only make fantastic toys and games, but they are socially responsible as well. As aa matter of fact, they were recently ranked #7 on the 2013 “100 Best Corporate Citizens” list by Corporate Responsibility Magazine. In addition, Hasbro was honored to be recognized as one of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies” by the Ethisphere Institute, for the second year in a row.
